Refund guidelines for Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh (ABJS) memberships, contributions, and donations

All membership payments, contributions, and donations made to Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh (ABJS) are used to support party funds, organizational work, public outreach, and service activities. For this reason, completed payments cannot be refunded.

1. No Refunds

Membership fees, premium membership upgrades, voluntary contributions, and donations are strictly non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the amount is contributed toward party funds and related activities.

2. Support for Party Funds

Funds received may be used for public awareness campaigns, organizational work, social service activities, digital membership services, and other lawful activities connected with the party.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe a duplicate payment was made or an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with the payment details. Such cases will be reviewed, but refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Payment Disputes

For any payment-related concern, please contact our support team before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so we can assist based on the available transaction records.
